The dispute between film director Sudarshan Thapa and film journalist Sujan Shrestha has reached the police. The dispute was resolved after a discussion between both sides in the police circle in Gaushala on Friday. The dispute was resolved after a few hours of discussion between Thapa and Shrestha in along with Associate President of Nepal Journalist Federation, Bagmati Province Baikuntha Parajuli. In the discussion, director Thapa accepted the mistake of abusing him and said self-criticism that he would not repeat such a mistake, the dispute reached an agreement.

Director Thapa had threatened Shrestha saying that he would break his eardrums regarding the subject of the news. Along with the audio of the threat, journalist Shrestha filed a complaint against Thapa at the Gaushala Police Circle on Thursday, alleging insults and threats.
