The world's oldest film festival, Venice International Film Festival' has started today. The 78th edition of the film festival has started in Italy. This year's much-awaited films are set to premiere in science fiction dunes and the late Princess Diana's biopic Spencer. Venice, which was halted last year due to the Corona epidemic, has now begun physically. The festival has been organized in the city of Italy, where the Delta variant is spreading, following the Covid protocol.

South Korean director Bong John Ho, who won an Oscar for the film 'Parasite', is the main judge of the festival this time. The Netflix film 'The Power of Dog' will also be screened at the festival. This time in Venice, 21 films have participated in the competition. The festival also featured world stars on the red carpet, including Kirsten Dunst, Kate Hudson, Helen Mirren, actor Mac Gillenhal, Timothy Charlemagne, and Demi Murray.
