Bollywood's actor Kartik Aaryan has decided to play the role of a pilot in the new film 'Captain India'. On Friday, the production team unveiled the first look poster of the film, in which Kartik can be seen in a pilot's costume. The film, directed by Hansal Mehta, will tell the story of a successful mission to save India during the war.
About the film, Kartik says, ‘The film will be equally inspiring and thrilling. I am proud and honored to be a part of the historical chapter of our country. I have a lot of respect for Hansal Sir's work and this is the right opportunity to work with him'. Similarly, director Mehta said that the film will be based on real events.
He is very excited to work with Kartik. The film, co-produced by Ronnie Screwvala and Harman Baweja and co-produced by Vicky Bahri, will be shot from early next year. After being removed from Karan Johar's 'Dostana 2' and Shah Rukh Khan's 'Freddy', it was commented that Kartik's career was in danger. However, the producer's faith in him has not diminished yet.
